The Flower Art Museum in Aalsmeer is the world’s first museum that is entirely dedicated to contemporary art inspired by flowers and plants.
Every three months there are new exhibitions from both Dutch and international artists. The museum regularly organizes activities such as concerts, workshops, lectures and the Nature Art Fair.
Opening hours 2020:
- Friday 10:00 – 17:00
- Saturday and Sunday 11:00 – 17:00
- Closed on Easter Monday
Also available for group visits by appointment.

Entrance fees:
- Children up to 14 years old: Free
- Adults: € 5.50
- Museum annual ticket: € 2.50
- CJP: € 2.50
- Groups of 15 people and more: € 4.50 per person

Christina Kambanella
Christina was born in New Zealand and raised in Cyprus, studied Marketing and worked as a Copywriter in Greece, studied Wine in Italy before becoming a Wine & Hospitality professor at Florence University of the Arts. Two years ago she moved with her British husband in the Netherlands and created Sip Wine School, where she gives fun wine lessons & tastings. She considers herself a forever expat! She is in love with Haarlem and her ginger cat Kareem.
