Mystery Land
Mystery Land

There are many events in Haarlemmermeer. From a local book market to a big outgoing dance event. Approximately eighty events of various sizes are organised every year. We, for example, house traditionally the oldest outdoor dance festival in the Netherlands: Mysteryland. But that’s not all. Haarlemmermeer hosts plenty of other (international) events as well like the famous mud obstacle run Mud Masters, and the yearly jazz event the TAKE OFF Music event. Every year at the end of summer you will find the music pop festival MeerLive in the centre of Hoofddorp. It is the biggest free music pop festival in the area of Noord-Holland. For our famous ‘King’s Day’ at the 27th of April you have to be in Amsterdam. Just aroud the corner of Haarlemmermeer.
